Coverage and Scope
Warrior Systems Manufacturing Inc. guarantees that every silencer, firearm, and individual component manufactured by our company is free from craftsmanship errors and material defects for its entire functional lifespan. Our commitment under this warranty is to provide, at our exclusive discretion, a complete repair or a full replacement of any covered product that exhibits such defects, at no cost to the owner. This protection is tied to the product’s serviceable life and is non-transferable to subsequent owners.
Exclusions and Limitations
Please be advised that this warranty is the exclusive agreement provided by Warrior Systems Manufacturing Inc., except where specific state laws dictate otherwise. The following conditions are strictly excluded from coverage:
- Standard wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Damage caused by negligence, abuse, corrosion, or criminal activity.
- Improper or unauthorized mounting, installation, or mechanical adjustments.
- Modifications performed without our authorization or the use of incompatible, non-Warrior Systems parts.
- The use of defective, substandard, hand-loaded, or remanufactured ammunition.
- Silencer baffle strikes, unless they are proven to be the direct result of a manufacturing flaw.
Eligibility Requirements
This warranty program is designed specifically for individual civilian (commercial) consumers residing within the United States (excluding territories). It does not extend to government agencies or non-civilian entities. Furthermore, this warranty applies only to products purchased, kept, and operated within the United States. We do not facilitate returns or provide repair services for any items located or used outside of the country.
The Warranty Claim Process
Warrior Systems Manufacturing Inc. maintains the sole authority to determine if a specific issue qualifies for warranty coverage. To begin a claim, you must follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email our customer service department at support@warriorsystemsusa.com
- Obtain an RMA: Do not ship any items to us without prior authorization. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and a prepaid shipping label.
- Documentation: The completed RMA form must be included inside the package with the returned item.
Shipping and Transfers
If your warranty claim is approved, Warrior Systems will cover the costs of shipping and insurance to return the item to you or your designated Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). In the event that a serialized silencer or component cannot be repaired and requires a full replacement, the new item must be sent to an FFL/SOT. This will necessitate a new NFA Form 4 application process. Please note that while we provide the replacement, the customer is responsible for any transfer fees charged by their local FFL.
Legal Rights and Liability
This warranty provides you with specific legal protections, though you may hold additional rights depending on your state of residence. The remedies outlined here represent the total liability of Warrior Systems Manufacturing Inc. regarding any breach of this warranty. Under no circumstances shall the company be held liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether they are direct or indirect. Note that some jurisdictions do not allow for the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these specific limitations may not apply to your situation.
